Editorial inclusion
Independent review process
The review process used to evaluate whether a tool fits current categories and decision pages.
Definition
Editorial inclusion refers to how tools are selected for coverage on Altimateguide. Inclusion is based on relevance, user demand, and editorial assessment - not payment. Tools cannot pay to be included or excluded from any page.
Inclusion Criteria
Tools are considered for inclusion based on:
| Criterion | What We Evaluate | |-----------|------------------| | Category fit | Does the tool belong in this category? | | User demand | Do users search for this tool? | | Feature relevance | Does it serve the use case? | | Market presence | Is it a viable option users consider? | | Data availability | Can we accurately represent it? |
