Overview

dataHabibi is a Dubai real-estate data and intelligence platform operated by dataHabibi L.L.C-FZ in Meydan Free Zone. Rather than listing properties for sale, it organises public registry and transaction records into analytical views: individual building pages with price histories and recent transactions, new-project pages with launch pricing, handover dates and payment plans, and area-level intelligence for market trends.

The platform says its models process registered Dubai Land Department transactions daily, pricing more than 5,500 buildings and scoring rental yields and community momentum. It cites 12 million registered transactions, and also offers a rent-versus-buy calculator that runs the comparison in AED. Data is described as derived from DLD and other public sources, including Ejari, RERA, the Central Bank of the UAE, Dubai Pulse and Dubai REST.

Access is split between a free tier that covers the essentials and a Pro subscription that removes caps. Pro pricing is quoted in AED: AED 275 per week, AED 1,000 per month, or AED 720 per month on annual billing (AED 8,640 billed for the first year, renewing at AED 9,600), excluding VAT, with payments handled by Stripe.

dataHabibi states that it is independent of brokers and the DLD, and that its figures may lag official records and should be treated as analytical guidance rather than legal fact.
