Overview
Invoiceize is a browser-based invoice generator aimed at freelancers and small businesses that do not want full accounting software. The form sits on the left and a live preview of the document sits on the right, so line items, tax and totals update as you type. Text on the invoice itself can be clicked and edited in place, and every printed label can be renamed.
It produces three document types from the same editor: quotes before work begins, invoices after delivery, and receipts once payment is received. Invoices support tax, discounts and shipping as either percentages or fixed amounts, plus an amount-paid field that recalculates the balance due. Three layouts (Classic, Modern and Minimal) offer custom colors, heading and line-item fonts, and logo upload, while a Brand Kit stores logo, color, business details and payment information for reuse.
Users can download a watermark-free PDF on US Letter or A4, or print directly from the page, and line items can be pasted in from Excel or Google Sheets. No account is required: drafts save in the browser's local storage on that device, and an optional free login syncs them to the cloud.
